'"Daily Management will give you the tools to sustainably execute while developing capability and adapting dynamically. Make sure all your managers have a copy of Daily Management, and place your own within easy reach for quick reference. You will find it to be an indispensable aid in meeting your challenges as a manager."
– John Shook, Senior Advisor, Lean Enterprise Institute
'"Daily Management provides an inside look into the secret sauce of a successful lean transformation. A lean system requires more than just implementing tools. The authors demonstrate how developing people to solve problems that matter can help any organization achieve its goals. "
– Rich Calvaruso, Senior Director – Lean, GE Appliances a Haier Company
'"It's easy to start a daily management process during a crisis, but keeping it going for the long haul is a different challenge. The key to sustainability lies in linking purpose with transparency around problems and maintaining a consistent cadence agreed upon by everyone involved. This connection is the missing piece that sustains motivation and effective problem-solving. This book is essential for achieving that."
– Paulo Couto – Senior Vice President – Industrialization and Quality, TechnipFMC

The Lean Enterprise Institute Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Boston, MA, with a mission to make things better by advancing lean thinking and practice. It was founded in 1997 by management expert James P. Womack, PhD.
Compared with traditional “think” tanks, we are a “do” tank. In partnership with select organizations, we carefully develop hypotheses about lean thinking and experiment to see which approaches work best in the real world. We then share and teach what we discover, providing new methods for organizational transformation.
We strive to answer every leader’s and manager’s most pressing question: “What can I do next to make a difference in my organization?”
